OUR FOOD SAFETY POLICY

As Norm Bitkisel Ürünler, in the sectors we serve,

    To prepare and deliver customer requests with the required specifications and on time, in accordance with food management systems (OIC/SMIIC1:2019 and ISO 22000:2018),

    To closely follow technology and to produce products in hygienic environments in compliance with OIC/SMIIC1:2019 (for products bearing Halal FOOD certification) and ISO 22000:2018 standards, the Turkish Food Codex, and customers' halal food safety requirements,

    To prevent and manage food safety hazards that may arise throughout our production processes from start to finish; to ensure the effective and dynamic control and continuity of hazard management,

    To ensure the continuity of improvement and development activities across all units of our organisation, and to minimise risks arising from hazards that are contrary to or disruptive of food safety,

    To cultivate personnel who solve problems and take ownership of their work at every level of our organisation, guided by a principled, contemporary management approach that respects employee satisfaction,
